Terms & Conditions — co1baji User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and co1baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or making use of any service offered through co1baji, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must cease using the platform immediately. co1baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendment will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and co1baji.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use co1baji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. co1baji is strictly an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of co1baji, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on co1baji or have had a previous account closed by co1baji for Terms violations.
• You must be accessing and using the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino activity is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.

co1baji may request age and identity verification documents from any user at any point in the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the time specified in our request will result in the suspension of the relevant account until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on co1baji, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required registration fields. You are obligated to notify co1baji promptly if any of your registered details change. co1baji is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep registration information up to date.

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account on co1baji. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, co1baji will close all associated accounts and may withhold any balance pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been carried out by you personally, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have notified co1baji of a security breach in writing before the relevant activity occurred.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact co1baji support immediately via live chat. We will suspend your account pending investigation. co1baji is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

co1baji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used)

Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents must be legible, unaltered, and in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to co1baji are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. co1baji does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which co1baji is not responsible.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. co1baji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned, and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. co1baji aims to process same-day withdrawals for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off. Withdrawal processing times may be extended in the following circumstances:

• Where a KYC verification check has not yet been completed on the account
• Where the withdrawal triggers an internal security review
• Where a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been fully satisfied
• Where the payment provider is experiencing technical delays outside co1baji's control

co1baji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once they have entered the processing queue. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the platform cashier page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on co1baji are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming the wager. co1baji does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances outlined in the applicable sport-specific rules, or where a manifest technical error has occurred.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the betting interface at the time of bet placement. co1baji reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or markets at any time without prior notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.2 Odds and Results

Odds are set by co1baji and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. For in-play (live) markets, odds fluctuate in real time; the accepted odds for a live bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is processed, which may differ from the odds displayed when the bet was initiated due to network latency.

Bet settlement is based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) or, in the absence of an official result, as determined by co1baji's trading team. co1baji's determination of the result for settlement purposes is final.

5.3 Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino and live dealer games on co1baji are provided by certified third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules for each individual game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between co1baji's general terms and the rules displayed within a specific game, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to gameplay mechanics.

Casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. co1baji does not intervene in game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are as stated by the relevant software provider.

5.4 System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, co1baji reserves the right to void any affected bets and restore affected account balances to their pre-error state. co1baji is not obligated to honour bets or casino payouts that result from a manifest technical error, even if the error was not immediately apparent at the time of the transaction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

co1baji offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria are specified per promotion and may include account verification status, deposit history, and geographic location.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be bet before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered and must be completed within the specified time window.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds may be held in separate balance pools. The order in which funds are used for betting (real money first or bonus first) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• co1baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed through a technical error, through fraudulent means, or by a user who does not meet the stated eligibility criteria, even after the bonus has been credited to the account.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion's terms.

co1baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after bonuses have already been credited, co1baji will communicate the cancellation and any impact on credited balances to affected users via the platform or support channel.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on co1baji and will result in investigation, account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or reporting to relevant authorities, as appropriate:

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with a payment provider
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage

7.2 Collusion and Match Manipulation

• Communicating with other players to coordinate betting outcomes in a way that constitutes collusion
• Placing bets on sporting events where you have insider knowledge of the outcome or have any influence over the outcome
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting syndicate activity

7.3 Automated and Abusive Practices

• Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational use (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting")
• Placing lay-off bets across multiple accounts or platforms in a coordinated manner to guarantee a risk-free outcome from a bonus (known as "matched betting" in a bonus-abuse context)
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to disguise your location, identity, or to circumvent access restrictions

co1baji uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, co1baji will act without prior notice. Balances associated with prohibited conduct will be forfeited and are not subject to appeal on the grounds that the user was not warned in advance.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by co1baji

co1baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Where continued operation of the account would expose co1baji to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk

In cases of account closure for Terms breach, co1baji may withhold part or all of the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request closure of your co1baji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closing the account, co1baji will confirm your identity, check for any pending bets or transactions, and process any eligible remaining balance to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion via the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of one week to a permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be fully closed to gameplay and you will not receive any marketing communications from co1baji. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, co1baji's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the net deposits made by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. co1baji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

co1baji makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
